The majority of items (themes, code, graphics, 3D and flash) are covered by Standard Licenses. If your end product including the item is going to be free to the end user then a Regular License is what you need. An Extended License is required if the end user must pay to use the end product.

Note to freelancers and creative agencies:
You may charge your client for your services to create an end product, even under the Regular License. But you can’t use one of our Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs.
Example: You could change the colors, text, and layout of a flyer template or convert an HTML template into a WordPress theme for a single client.
You can contact us through the Themeforest.net comments dashboard or by mail: scanthemes@gmail.com. To do this, you must have at least one acquired regular or extended license. When you submit a support request, please describe in detail your problem. If you can provide a link to your developing site, this will help us solve your problem faster.

A supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, the author is expected to be available to provide the item support services we’ve set out on this page. Response times by authors can vary depending on the volume of inquiries, the nature of the request, and whether questions have already been answered or support has already been provided (see ‘fair-use’ later on). If you’re about to purchase the item, you’ll have the option to purchase extended item support, increasing the item support period up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
